Support application users and subject matter experts by troubleshooting software problems, collaborating with other technical staff and/or contacting vendor support as necessary. Plan and manage software implementation projects including testing, training and production migration. Develop project plans and timelines as needed. Identify security settings (roles and access control) and implement and document in production and test systems. Collaborate with internal users, various stakeholders, staff and vendors to analyze system, business and user requirements for software. Provide documentation as required.
