This position is open to current Community Transit employees only.
Candidates must currently work at Community Transit in a Term Limited Coach Operator Instructor position to be considered.
Coach Operator Instructors are responsible for developing, researching and conducting training for coach operator trainees, coach operators and other employees as assigned. They may assist in writing new and modifying existing curriculum, train drivers on new routes and handle other driver training as necessary.
Knowledge of how to mentor and/or teach people is preferred.
