Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the Senior Marketing Manager translates the Agency’s strategic mission and goals into agency-wide marketing strategy to support the overall business. This role will optimize performance against a clear set of goals to drive revenue, attract new customers and build awareness of Community Transit services and programs. The Senior Marketing Manager owns the vision, strategy, budget and execution for all marketing initiatives.
The Senior Marketing Manager owns the strategic planning process, develops programs, plans and solutions while providing leadership and direction to ensure a successful Marketing program.
This position provides principal leadership and management for all the key areas of Marketing including Marketing Strategy, Creative Services with internal and external facing content,
