The Instructional Designer, reports to the Manager of Training and Staff Development and is responsible for all aspects of learning design, development, and implementation, including storyboarding, creating, maintaining, and updating learning and interactive content. The position creates engaging learning activities and compelling course content; works with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs, analyzing disconnects between learning and performance, sets instructional goals and creates content that matches them. The position is responsible for developing the appearance, organization and functionality of learning systems and materials.
