Under general guidance from the Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety, provides leadership and subject matter expertise to the agency on sustainability best practices. The Sustainability Program Manager uses effective communication and management to drive company-wide buy-in and support while developing an Environmental and Sustainability Management System conforming to ISO 14001 and the FTA Guidebook of Best Management Practices for the Development of an Environmental and Sustainability Management System. This includes integrating sustainability practices throughout all facets of the organization and managing the organization's public facing reporting and disclosures.

Physical Requirements
Climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
Light Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
May occasionally be exposed to dangerous machinery, extreme weather conditions or hazardous traffic situations when working in the field.
Afterhours availability may be required to meet operational needs.
