Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar field
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in data management and analysis. This includes designing and managing relational database environments, using advanced data analysis tools, applying statistical methodologies, interpreting business questions into analyses, and communicating analytical findings to a diverse audience.
- 3 years of experience leading teams to deliver data-driven solutions
An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties is also accepted.

- Database and data warehouse design principles and DevOps processes
- Data collection, engineering, cleaning, and validation techniques
- Quality assurance and quality control processes
- Analytical and statistical methodologies
- Awareness of ethical considerations related to data privacy, security, and bias in data analysis

Working Conditions
- 95-100% of your work will be performed in an office environment and requires you to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. You will be required to move throughout and between different office buildings. You may also need to complete tasks in noisy environments.
- 0-5% of your work will be in the field, in varying weather conditions.
