OPEN ONLY TO COMMUNITY TRANSIT EMPLOYEES
As a Vehicle Service Attendant (VSA) Lead, you oversee all vehicle service operations on the Fuel Island and bus lines in coordination with Maintenance Management. You are responsible for assigning and prioritizing VSA tasks, monitoring team activity, and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with department standards, safety expectations, and established procedures.
This position may be assigned to either the Hardeson or Kasch Park Campus and may be required to support or oversee both sites on a limited basis.

Working Conditions |
Approximately 30% of your work will be performed in a maintenance shop environment and requires you to use and operate common tools, cleaning supplies, standard office equipment, and keyboards.
Approximately 70% of your work will be performed outdoors in the bus yard. You will be required to move throughout and between different maintenance shop buildings. Given the nature of this job, you may also be exposed to automotive fumes, carbon monoxide, odors, and dust and may need to complete tasks in noisy environments.
This position is considered safety-sensitive under the U.S. Department of Transportation and is subject to drug and alcohol testing under both DOT and Community Transit authority.
