Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of increasingly responsible recruitment experience.
- 3 years of experience using an applicant tracking system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties is also accepted.
Knowledge Requirements
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance, employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Full-cycle recruiting, including best practices for outreach efforts, screening, negotiations, closing, and candidate relationship management.
- Applicant tracking platforms and data collection methods.
- Interviewing processes and techniques to fairly assess potential for success.
- Techniques and tools to reduce unconscious bias and uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Procedures for handling privileged or confidential documents.
- Customer Service.

- Experience using the iCIMS applicant tracking system.
- Experience using digital recruitment platforms, such as LinkedIn, Brazen, indeed, etc.
- Experience working in the public sector or transit recruitment.
Working Conditions
Hybrid telework may be available. Availability is at management discretion and may not be available for this position based on the nature of the work. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the use of office equipment and technology. You will be required to move throughout and between different office buildings and may need to complete tasks in noisy environments. You may also be required to lift and carry materials up to 20 pounds occasionally.
