Minimum Qualifications
- Five years of experience in program management and coordination with staff and contractors engaged in project development, design, testing, and implementation of systems. Bachelor’s degree in project or program management, computer science, transportation planning, urban planning, public administration, or a closely related field will account for 3 years of experience.
- Five years of experience leading, organizing, presenting, facilitating, and negotiating with diverse stakeholders and user groups.
- Three years of experience in supervision.
An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties is also accepted.
Knowledge Requirements
- Program management, such as strategic planning, identification of business needs and objectives, and portfolio management.
- Project management techniques, including all phases of a project life cycle and the responsibility for risk identification, scope, schedule, communication plans, and budget.
- Vendor management, including contract development and review, performance and financial management.
- Technology concepts and technology teams.
- Project management and total quality leadership and communications.

Working Conditions
Hybrid telework is available, typically 2 days on site, 3 days remote (if requested). Work is performed in an office environment and requires the use of office equipment and technology. You will be required to move throughout and between different office buildings and may need to complete tasks in noisy environments. You may also be required to lift and carry materials up to 10 pounds occasionally.
