Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in an IT support role interfacing daily with end users.
- 2 years of experience in Windows configuration, repair, and troubleshooting.
- 2 years of experience with current operating system and office software solutions.
- 2 years of experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues.
- Must possess a valid WA State driver’s license at the time of hire.
An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties is also accepted.
Candidates with 4+ years of experience with all minimum qualifications may be considered for a Senior-level Technician - IT Support position.
Knowledge Requirements
- Troubleshooting techniques.
- IT ticketing system process.
- Electronic mail processing and enterprise systems administration.
- Desktop operating systems. Microsoft Office applications, installation, configuration, administration, and PC hardware support.
- Service Desk operations and practices.
- Desktop and laptop hardware and software, smart phones, Active Directory domain administration, Windows, MS Office, third party utilities, software distribution, Windows maintenance and patch installation, and software licensing.
- Virtual technologies, including virtual desktop solutions.

- Experience providing administration and support to 7 x 24 production systems.
- Experience working in a Network Operations Center.
- Experience working with a virtual-based infrastructure.
- Experience creating detailed documentation and developing work procedures.
Working Conditions
Hybrid telework may be available. Availability is at management discretion and may not be available for this position based on the nature of the work. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the use of office equipment and technology. You may also be required to lift and carry materials up to 20 pounds occasionally, and up to 10 pounds frequently. While performing fieldwork, you may also be exposed to automotive fumes, odors, and dust, and may need to complete tasks in noisy environments and varying weather conditions.
