Community Transit is seeking a skilled and collaborative Digitial Analytics Engineer to design and manage the digital analytics infrastructure that supports Community Transit’s websites, mobile applications, social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital services. In this role, you will configure and maintain tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, develop structured tagging strategies, and ensure digital data is accurate, consistent, and ready for analysis.
You will work closely with website developers, marketers, product teams and agency leaders to define business and tracking requirements. You will also analyze complex data, develop interactive reports, and transform findings into compelling narratives and recommendations that influence business strategy and improve the customer experience.
This position is well suited for someone who enjoys combining technical analytics work, business partnership, data storytelling, and strategic problem-solving.

Working Conditions
Hybrid telework may be available. Availability is at management discretion and may not be available for this position based on the nature of the work. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the use of office equipment and technology. You will be required to move throughout and between different office buildings and may need to complete tasks in noisy environments. You may also be required to lift and carry materials up to 10 pounds occasionally. Some travel required less than 10% of the time.
