As a Project Assistant, you will provide project and program support under the direction of a manager or senior manager. You will assist in project development, concept definition, procurement, implementation, and close-out. Duties will include research, planning, developing schedules, reporting on status, coordinating activities, tracking budgets and expenditures, and managing documentation and communication plans. Specific roles will vary by project or program. You may be assigned to lead one or more elements of a larger project or lead a smaller project under the direction of a supervisor or manager.
As a Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will direct, prioritize, and oversee the daily activities of Facilities Maintenance Technicians as assigned. Your duties may also include coordinating the work of third-party contractors, vendors, or suppliers as directed by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
