As a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will work as part of a team to support the agency’s accounts payable, asset management, banking, and other division functions. You will participate in assigned programs, projects, and services with other departments and outside agencies. Responsibilities include preparing various reports and notices and maintaining records of account activity. You will also provide information and assistance to agency staff and the public.
As a Procurement & SBE/DBE Specialist, you will work under the general direction of the Assistant Manager and with project teams to procure, establish, and administer contracts for various commodities, professional services, information technology, construction, capital equipment, rolling stock, and supplies. As a Facilities Maintenance Tech I, you will perform a variety of manual labor and semi-skilled tasks using power and hand tools, power washing equipment, and other tools to complete assigned tasks. Work is on commercial transit building components, bus stops, shelters, and park-and-ride properties. You will perform maintenance, repairs and assembly, cleaning and janitorial duties, and grounds maintenance. Work is often physical in nature, performed primarily outdoors, and often next to high-volume, high-speed traffic that may require standing for extended periods of time. May also work at elevated heights.
As a Vehicle Service Attendant, you will safely perform routine fueling, minor servicing, and cleaning of coaches and other Community Transit vehicles. You will work under the general direction of the VSA Lead and follow established procedures and methods.
